Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Measrtag web application (“Measrtag”), operated by Lukas Esser, Measrment (“we”; see Legal Notice). Measrtag is offered exclusively to businesses, not to consumers. Individual agreements with a customer take precedence over these terms.
2. The service
Measrtag audits and monitors the measurement setup of websites and online shops and shows reports from connected platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. The features available to you depend on your plan.
3. Your account
- Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
- Connect only platforms and properties you are authorized to grant access to.
- Do not use Measrtag to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, or to access data of others without permission.
4. Connected Google accounts
When you connect a Google account, you authorize Measrtag to access it within the permissions shown in Google's consent screen. You can disconnect at any time in Measrtag or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may develop the service further; we will not remove essential features you have paid for without reasonable notice.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typically foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded. Audit results are recommendations; you remain responsible for changes you make to your own systems.
7. Termination
You can stop using Measrtag and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously violate these terms.
8. Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is our place of business (Kürten, Germany), to the extent permitted by law.
